While I prefer more design-related tasks, I do enjoy writing as well and have developed a writing process over the years that I always follow. I always take a while to figure out what I want to say, and then I spend a lot of time creating a really detailed outline. I lay out all the paragraphs and ideas/themes that I want to talk about, and then go into each one and plan out sub-ideas and find evidence or quotes if necessary. This way, the writing seems less overwhelming since it's broken down into smaller sections. Once it's time to actually write, it's much less daunting and much quicker since I've taken the time to carefully plan everything out. I enjoy creative writing the most, or when I get to write about something that really interests me since this makes the whole process much more fun.
